Last major components ready to install at the Chubut Norte Wind Farm
The Chubut Norte Wind Farm, which is being built by Rosseti Engenharia
in Puerto Madryn, Argentina, has already received the final major
components from Nordex, a German’s wind turbine manufacturer. Rosseti Engenharia is implementing the main phases of this project,
namely the assembly of the different towers and all the
electromechanical part associated, as well as the grids and the
elevators. This is the first time Nordex is supplying turbines from its Delta4000
series to an overseas destination and Rosseti Engenharia will install 38
of these units, supported by 120-meter concrete towers. In addition to being a reference project for Nordex and for Rosseti
Engenharia, this installation is also important for its size: 38
turbines with a combined capacity of 167.2 MW.
